Our Mission

WILD was born from a passion for both wildlife and education, aiming to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world experience. Set in a nature reserve, this innovative platform offers postgraduate students in Engineering, Agriculture, and Veterinary Sciences the opportunity to apply their knowledge to practical projects that drive conservation and sustainability. By immersing students in hands-on challenges, WILD cultivates the next generation of problem-solvers, empowering them to make a meaningful impact on the world.

1. Unique Field Experience

WILD gives you the chance to escape the traditional office or lab setting and work directly in a nature reserve. This is a rare opportunity to see how your knowledge applies to real-world problems in a unique, dynamic environment. Whether it is engineering sustainable systems, developing innovative agricultural techniques, or addressing the needs of wildlife health, WILD brings textbook knowledge to life.

2. Interdisciplinary Collaboration

The WILD internship encourages collaboration across diverse fields of study. As an intern, you will collaborate with experts in engineering, agriculture, and veterinary science, as well as local conservationists and reserve managers. This interdisciplinary approach allows you to see how various fields interact to create sustainable solutions for the environment.

3. Tailored Learning and Development

During a three-month internship, with the possibility to extend to six months, you will gain firsthand experience while working on real-life projects that matter. WILD tailors its projects to align with your academic background and interests, ensuring that your time with us is both impactful and relevant to your career goals.

4. Real-World Impact

At WILD, you are not just an intern—you are a problem solver. The projects you will work on contribute directly to the sustainability and preservation of wildlife and ecosystems. Whether it is through engineering more efficient systems for wildlife monitoring, pioneering sustainable agricultural techniques in fragile ecosystems, or improving veterinary care for endangered species, your work has a real and lasting impact.
